Bradley J. Baas Ph.D.

FOUNDER

Bradley J. Baas received his B.S. from University of Wisconsin and his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in Biochemistry. His career has been growing in responsibility at some of the leading Biotech and Bio-Pharma companies. He has a deep technical and commercial understanding of industry cultivated over the last 15 years in multi-faceted roles in Research, Technology Development, Product Development, Operations, and Management. He built and directed one of the largest Next Generation Sequencing Labs in the world at Illumina and holds multiple patents with regards to NGS Library Preparation and Nanopore sequencing.

He now applies his expertise to guiding his clients to build the tools and transformational technologies of the future. Bradley is also an animal lover, who encourages the team to bring their animals to the office and experience a well-rounded and reduced-stress work environment.
